How is an Extensis ASO different from its PEO?

Since our ASO Solution does not affect clients existing employer relationships in any way, Extensis does not provide health insurance, benefits or worker’s compensation typically offered through our PEO service. However, the ASO does provide the flexibility and simplicity needed to address clients unable to use the PEO solution.
