A PEO Solution Helped This Broker Meet the Needs of Their Client

A common need for small businesses who seek PEO solutions is an instant infrastructure. This was the case for a marketing company Extensis recently partnered with. Their parent company based outside of the United States, and growth within their U.S. based workforce, made it necessary for the organization to establish a true U.S. entity for their growing team. And this had to be taken care of ASAP. The only question left was if they should they build or buy?

That’s when the company asked their benefits broker for assistance. The broker happened to be someone Extensis had partnered with before. Knowing we could provide a much simpler process for his client as well as the turnkey solutions they were seeking, the broker reached out to his Extensis sales manager.

Partnering With Extensis Got This Client Up and Running in 3 Weeks

By working with Extensis, the smaller U.S. team could have a benefits program similar to their much larger parent company. In addition, our PEO solution enabled them to operate right away in multiple states. In total, it took 3 weeks to get this client up and running with Extensis – from initial phone call to their start date as a PEO client.
