Extensis provided a two-fold solution to the firm’s benefits issues: part one involved an HRIS online platform called HRCloud, which enabled the firm to easily handle benefit enrollment and administration. For the second part of the solution, Extensis leveraged their robust benefit offerings from national carriers to stabilize health premiums. The Extensis risk management and compliance team sent a compliance expert in to do a walkthrough assessing the work environment and safety programs. This uncovered unaddressed OSHA issues that had endangered employees and cost the firm thousands of dollars in fines.
