Blake Morris has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in a diverse group of public and private companies, serving in CEO, CFO and COO roles. His background in employment and business services, insurance and financial services supports Extensis’ mission and commitment to simplify HR, compliance and payroll for clients.

Blake has extensive financial, risk management and operational experience in leading Extensis’ delivery of outstanding customer service, managing client benefit programs and supporting the execution and safeguarding of client payrolls and related tax filings.
 
Prior to his current CEO role, Blake served as Extensis’ CFO. Previous to joining Extensis, Blake held executive leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide, Thomson Reuters, Chubb and General Mills.  His diversity of industries includes consumer products, business / employment products and services, technology, media, digital publishing, hospitality and transportation.
 
Blake graduated from Lehigh University and actively volunteers on several nonprofit boards.

Dan’s career spans leadership roles in sales, operations, management, and marketing, including sales force management, training, client satisfaction and retention, and managing top and bottom lines. He has been published in Enterprise Magazine, a publication of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. As a subject matter expert on a range of small business matters, he has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, The Star Ledger and NJBIZ, and appeared as a guest on “It’s Your Money”, a News 12 New Jersey television program. Dan received his BA in Political Science from Dickinson College.

Anissa’s career spans over twenty years of experience in the field of Human Resources, specializing in strategic benefit plan design and administration. She has spent her career to date working in both the public and private sector where she has held numerous leadership roles with global responsibility for benefits in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Anissa is a subject matter expert in the areas of health and welfare, retirement, absence management and relocation. Before joining Extensis, Anissa held several corporate benefit roles in complex, multi-site, global organizations with a diverse workforce. Prior to Extensis, Anissa led the global benefits and mobility function for The Children’s Place. She is a proven leader and strategic business partner. Anissa holds an MS degree in Labor and Employee Relations from Rutgers University and a BS degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from The College of New Jersey.

Amy DeCicco has over a decade of experience in B2B marketing. Her breadth of experience includes brand strategy & development, corporate communications, channel & lead generation and public relations. She is responsible for all aspects of Extensis’ marketing organization. Before joining Extensis, Amy served as VP, of Marketing at Myriad360, a cybersecurity consultancy and integrator in NYC where she led its first company-wide rebrand. Prior to Myriad360, Amy held various marketing leadership roles in industries spanning supply chain logistics, nonprofit technology, recruitment, data center infrastructure and corporate space planning. Amy graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Media Arts and Design; Corporate Communications.

Vinnie Romero has over 20 years of experience in the PEO and HR Outsourcing industry, and his career encompasses leadership roles in client services, account management, activation, and operations. Vinnie applies that experience to Extensis Group’s strong client-centric mindset to keep client satisfaction high, while leading the firm’s talented service and operations teams, that are considered one of the best in the industry. In those 20 years, Vinnie has spent 14 of them with Extensis, developing into a proven leader, gaining knowledge of the PEO industry, all while helping Extensis grow to be one of the largest PEOs in the U.S. and the fastest growing PEO in the Northeast. Vinnie earned his B.A. in Business Management from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.

Dan joined Extensis in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager where he consulted clients on HR best practices. In 2016, Dan worked to launch Extensis’ Client Success Group, with the goal of developing long-lasting relationships with our clients while finding ways for them to realize optimal value from our services. As Senior Director of Client Success, Dan was instrumental in the annual healthcare renewal process helping client’s solve complex benefit challenges. During his tenure in Client Success, Dan energized the firm’s ongoing efforts to exceed our client’s expectations with a first-class client experience.

In 2020, Dan was promoted to Vice President of National HR Outsourcing to spearhead the national growth of Extensis' HRO service. Before joining Extensis, Dan served as the HR Manager for a specialty wholesaler, where he was responsible for all of the HR functions within the organization. His experience in Human Resources allows him to consult on all aspects of HR for small and mid-sized businesses.

Dan graduated from Rutgers University with an MA degree in Labor and Employee Relations as well as a BA degree in in History-Political Science.

Before joining Extensis Group, Lori held leadership roles in the healthcare industry for 20 years and played an integral role in the strategic direction, implementation, and oversight of corporate compliance programs. Lori holds a PHR certification and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jeannine joined Extensis in 2015, starting as an Activation Manager and promoted to Director of Client Success in 2018, and Vice President of Payroll Services in 2019.

Jeannine has more than a decade of HR/payroll sales and management experience. She previously worked as District Manager for the HR/BPO division of ADP and a sales professional at Paychex. Her experience in the HR and payroll fields has allowed her to consult on all aspects of human resources, healthcare, and overall human capital management as it directly relates to the growth of an organization. She is an expert on the topic of PEO.

Jeannine earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and has taken several relevant payroll-based and leadership courses throughout her career. She is a charter member of Toastmasters and an active member of the Extensis Mentorship program.
Jeff DeModna

Jeff DeModna is the Vice President of Recruiting Services at Extensis. He oversees recruiting efforts for Extensis and its clients, offering Recruiting Services for both. In 2019, he also worked to launch Extensis' recruiting support site, Recruiting Cloud.

Jeff DeModna is coming up on ten years of recruiting experience. During his career, Jeff has specialized in sales recruiting, building national sales teams, creating multiple call centers from the ground up and developing an onboarding program that consisted of 30-40 new hires per month. Spending most of his career in the IT industry, Jeff has also filled high-end roles in AI, Data Analytics, and Software Development.

Jeff graduated from Kean University with a BS in Marketing.
